Executive Coaching Solutions
Michelle is an Executive and Life Coach who started her career as an educator before becoming a Certified Counselor/Psychotherapist and transitioning into coaching. She founded a successful psychotherapy and counseling practice in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, where she worked with executives, managers, and other employees of leading Canadian corporations. After moving to New York, she transitioned to coaching and became the founder and principal of Pavilion Coaching Services LLC.
Michelle works with executives and managers at various levels of the organization in creating customized solution-based plans to improve effectiveness in decision-making, transitions and change leadership, work-life harmony, and communication optimization while maintaining alignment with the vision and mission of their organizations.
Michelle provides a safe space for a confidential coaching experience while serving as a brainstorming sounding board with authentic and effective feedback. She helps leaders and managers identify and assess their strengths, explore options, create specific and realistic action plans, and overcome limiting beliefs to achieve and surpass their goals. Michelle is supportive and compassionate yet fearless in her approach to challenging clients to become the best version of themselves. She partners with high-potential managers and leaders at various points of their careers to create clarity and to effectuate change and transitions. She adapts to the organization’s culture and considers its unique expectations and requirements.
Life Coaching
Michelle aligns her services with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) definition of coaching: “Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
Also, in line with ICF principles, she seeks to elicit solutions and strategies from the client, whom we believe is naturally creative and resourceful through the art of asking powerful questions.
She offers a whole-life approach to personal development and life coaching to help our clients move from where they are to where they want to be.
“Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. It’s helping them to learn rather than teaching them.” – Timothy Gallwey
